For over 30 years, Dr. Lorenz has specialized in compulsive gambling research, education and treatment. A prolific author and speaker, requests for her expert testimony span the country, as the routinely testifies before local, state, and Congressional legislative committees.

The Forensic Center on Compulsive Gambling was founded by Dr. Lorenz in 1986 in response to the need for qualified expert witnesses in the criminal justice and legislative fields.
